"I had 8 sessions with Ms Evgenia over Zoom. Even though we are from different time zones, she accommodated my time zone so that I could have a session at my convenience while she has to attend the session at 6am. That says a lot about her. I am a working professional in the healthcare industry. Though I did not have a serious problem, Ms Evgenia helped me focus on areas I would like to seek improvement. She helped me navigate my emotional issues and never once was she judgemental. I was also slow in gaining consistency in my breathing exercise, yet she was encouraging and patient. I was still unable to meditate at the end of the sessions. But two months later, I am proud to say that I am able to meditate consistently and achieved my initial goal.
